A Simpler Thyme ltd. is an interactive herbal learning center. Being a Certified Master Herbalist, I have a deep desire and passion for all things herb related. I have over 35 years of herbal experience and knowledge, I was born and raised here in the county and have worked in our community my entire life. Herbs have been used and valued since ancient times. Our ancestors depended on herbs for many different aspects of their daily lives. It is my goal here at my herb cabin, located in Fresno, Ohio, is to re-introduce the wonderful world of herbs to others and educate 'new and old Herbies' alike on their many benefits and uses.  From gardening, nurturing, wild crafting (harvesting), preserving and utilizing herbs both medicinally and culinary wise in your kitchen.  A Simpler Thyme ltd. is a cozy little spot, tucked away in a corner of Coshocton's Amish country, that wants to bring the herb garden to your family's table.  The herb cabin is open most weekends and by appointment.  Classes are held in the cabin and outdoors, when the weather permits.
